Here at Mark Betson Artist we appreciate you have taken the time to peruse and order from us and what we want is to make sure that on every occasion you are delighted with your purchase.
We know though, that sometimes things might go a bit wrong, resulting in you wanting to return and/or change a purchase, or in the worst case, want a refund.
Please understand that as a small business we have some rules and will do whatever we reasonably can in the circumstances, but we need some help for you, our customer.
Under UK law you have rights, which we as UK based business have to respect. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement, where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If you feel this description applys to you, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by using our contact form. We will either replace, or refund your purchase...BUT...we expect you to return your initial purchase to us at your own expense. Fraud is a growing problem in the world of online shopping and we cannot afford to be the victims of scammers.
Also, if. upon receiving your purchase, you feel you may have made the wrong choice, we will willingly make a swap but not until we have received back from you, at your expense, the item you want to exchange. Let us know by using our contact form. We think that only fair and helps us keep our prices as low as possible.
