Delivery and Returns policy


Being a small business we seem to be working whenever we are awake. We do our best to pack all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, but occasionally there will be busy days or holidays when this won't be possible.

With the closure of local post offices, we have had to change how we post, so there are now three options. Single cards can be posted for free by 2nd class post, or you can upgrade and get it the next day with first class post. Between one and three cards, there is still the choice, but a small charge. Anything over that will be posted via MyHermes and will take 2-4 days to arrive..

Import Duty
Please note that where customs import duties apply, they are for the customer's own costs.


Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a UK business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement, where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email; [email protected]

Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your products when they arrive please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by email; [email protected] and we will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
